Fascism Past and Present: Richard Drake interviewed on The PAMU Podcast

On Tuesday, 1 December, Richard participated in a podcast hosted by the Philosophy Anti-Marginalization Union. Other participants in the podcast were Julia Schiwal, a research analyst for the United States Institute of Peace at The George Washington University, and Jason Uexhell. The idea of the podcast is to interview historians, philosophers, and pop culture philosophy figures about different historical and political ideas.  With philosophy now virtually eclipsed in American society, the point of the podcast is to bring esoteric or simply interesting ideas back into the culture. Julia, Jason, and Richard talked for an hour about the origins of fascism in Italy a hundred years ago and the continuing significance of this ideology in current American and European politics.
